Establishment of a company

Bookkeeping agency Finance Excellence will guide you and prepare all necessary documentation for the registration of the company in the Serbian Business Registry Agency. Furthermore, we will take care of submission of necessary documentation to the other institutions in accordance with the legal obligations:

  • Preparation of the Founding Act
  • Submission of the Registration Form
  • Registration at the Tax Authorities
  • Registration at the Central Registry of Obligatory Social Security
  • Central Registry of real owners

Status changes

  • Coordination of the legal and finance area of the status changes: merger, acquisitions, divisions
  • Preparation of the documentation
  • Preparation of the Extraordinary Financial Statements in accordance with the Law
  • Coordination of the operational merger

Accounting

Agency is performing a bookkeeping to legal entities from different industries: trade, services, import-export, manufactory, etc. It uses a Software supported by the Serbian Association of Accountants and Auditors which has the ability of fast data entry with high level of automatization, well setup of control functions which minimize the possibility of an error and large number of reports which are good support for the business of the Client.  There is possibility the Client to use the same Software for desired modules by having internet connection between Agency and the Client by which Client can see at the same moment all booked transactions. This functionality is very practical for the Client to monitor payments of/to Customers and Vendors.

Bookkeeping consists from:

  • Accounting entries for all business transactions
  • Maintenance of the Fixed Assets Registry and depreciations
  • Preparation of Stand-alone Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statistical Annex, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Statement of Other Comprehensive Income, Notes to the Financial Statements)
  • Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements
  • Preparation of Extraordinary Financial Statements (in case of status change, bankruptcy, liquidation, deregistration of foreign entity’s branch)

For Legal Entities subject to the audit we fully  takeover coordination of the audit process and cooperation with the audit company.

Periodical Reports

For internal needs of the Client of its Group, the Agency prepares periodical reports in accordance with the individual requirements of each Client and takes care of its timely submission within define deadlines.

Reports are prepared on Serbian and English language.

Payroll calculation and HR administration

For users of accounting services but also for other persons Agency performs:
